Hello, I'm Marco

If I had to describe myself in one sentence it would be this: I am a “young man” blessed with enough health to be able to enjoy life and enough adversity to be constantly pushed to improve.

But surely if you are reading this it means that you are a curious person, so let me tell you who I am.

Having to live with an autoimmune disease, I have been passionate about nutrition and health since my teens. I studied pharmacy in Italy and took several courses on nutrition and sports medicine. Those were dark years in my life. I felt something was missing: I wanted to help people in a deeper way.

It was then that someone came to my rescue: after a few fortuitous encounters, I got to know chiropractic. Without thinking twice I decided to move to Spain to study at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic and I finally found what I was looking for.

I realized that no matter how different our beliefs or how far we wander from the main road, we will always find fellow travelers. And so it happened. I then leaned on those who had traveled similar paths before me and with their help, I continued to learn and help more and more people.

All these 10 years of experience in academia, together with years of personal study, research, and experience, helped me to develop an approach to health based on adaptation and the laws of nature, to try to help people as fully (holistically) as possible. This is what makes me absolutely happy: being able to help people to feel better, and to improve their quality of life. This is what motivated me to write and publish my first book on the microbiome and how to beat autoimmune diseases (for the moment only in Italian).

Regarding what I like to do in my spare time, I play various sports and whenever possible I participate in competitions, including Ironman. I like to read, especially to learn, and in recent years I have become passionate about Stoicism (as you can guess from my name). This philosophy not only teaches us how to live better but also how to stay healthy through simple, everyday practices.

Now that you know something about me, I am curious to know something about you. If there is anything you think I can help you with, I encourage you to write me a message and if I can I will do everything I can to help you improve.

Thank you for your time and I hope to see you soon.
